Sephora is a leading chain of cosmetics, skincare and fragrance stores with a worldwide presence.
Sephora was opening its first store in Brazil and needed translations for several print ads, as well as for merchandising guidelines, catalogues and windows, among other documents. My partner, Maria Garcia, and I studied their needs and were able to offer them personalized services, which included transcreation, working closely with their marketing department to achieve the right tone of voice.
A successful 2-year partnership with Sephora for the transcreation of slogans and taglines, in-store displays, windows and packaging copy for various cosmetics brands such as Oscar Blandi, Stila, Urban Decay, Peter Thomas Roth, St. Tropez, Alterna, Make Up For Ever, etc. We also translated and localized catalogues and other advertising materials.
